Recruitment Process
The recruitment process is simple and friendly at Tarkia. Applicants are tested for their analytical and logical skills, commitment, ability to take responsibility, and grasp of their area of specialization.
The recruitment process is divided into the following stages:
- Written tests for analytical and mathematical aptitude, computer knowledge, and technical aptitude.
- Interview(s)
After the interview, a Human Resource representative coordinates paperwork and briefs the new employee about company policies and procedures. The new employee is then introduced to the supervisor.
Employee Referral Policy
All employees outside of Human Resources are eligible to refer candidates to the organization. This policy was introduced to facilitate the hiring of talented new employees, and encourage and reward existing employees for recommending qualified candidates.
