Execution strategy is that critical step between the design and launch of any strategic business initiative. Approach
Execution is part science and part art form, but it is centered on properly understanding the desired outcomes and the actions you take to get there. We start the implementation of a coherent execution strategy by developing a set of integrated metrics. Through team workshops and strategy translation exercises, we help our Customers understand the exact business results expected from an initiative. Next, we define priorities and plan the sequence of execution, including mission-critical milestones, costs, risks and returns and the organization of the execution team.
We insist on a high degree of customer leadership involvement and the formation of a joint TarKia-customer team to plot the execution strategy. As a result, our initiatives are correctly sequenced, tightly focused and well-organized to achieve success. The joint team develops and owns the execution framework or a roadmap that outlines the objectives, sub-initiatives, timelines, organization and the mechanisms necessary to monitor and support the execution teams.

As a first step, we work with clients to review the particular business, function level or technology strategy under consideration. During this process, we review the priorities, assess feasibilities and develop a sequence of implementation. Any good strategy targets a pre-determined business benefit. As attractive as those targeted results may be in the strategy design phase, it is important to review these potential results in the context of specific implementation and ongoing operating costs.
